Open, interoperable, and sovereign alternatives to proprietary communication suites.
In an era of relentless phishing and strict data compliance, hosting your own highly secure mail infrastructure is a strategic advantage. We design architectures that handle massive email throughput definitively and securely.
Tuning core MTAs for massive outbound deliverability and strict inbound spam/virus filtering.
Optimizing IMAP/POP3 backends to handle massive, multi-terabyte mailbox stores efficiently.
Deploying comprehensive enterprise collaboration suites combining mail, calendars, and drive sharing.
Digital transformation urges companies to adopt sovereign tools. We possess profound expertise in engineering robust mail ecosystems utilizing Postfix, Dovecot, and Exim. We also deploy and optimize notable open-source groupware solutions, including Zimbra, to provide complete collaborative functionality.
Designing multi-server Postfix/Dovecot clusters with load-balanced MX records and automatic failover for zero-downtime mail delivery.
Installing and tuning Zimbra suites providing email, calendars, contacts, and document sharing as a sovereign alternative to Office 365.
Deploying Rspamd and ClamAV at the MTA edge to filter malicious content before it reaches user inboxes.
Configuring DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and ARC to maximize inbox placement rates and prevent domain spoofing.
A free and open-source mail transfer agent that routes and delivers electronic mail.
An open source IMAP and POP3 email server for Linux/UNIX-like systems, written with security primarily in mind.
A message transfer agent (MTA) used on Unix-like operating systems for high-volume email routing.
Enterprise-class email, calendar, and collaboration solution built for the cloud, both public and private.
Email spoofing remains one of the most common attack vectors. Three complementary protocols form the defense: SPF (Sender Policy Framework) publishes DNS records specifying which IP addresses are authorized to send email for your domain. Receiving servers check this and reject mail from unauthorized sources. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) cryptographically signs every outbound message with a private key. The receiving server retrieves your public key from DNS and verifies the signature, proving the message was not tampered with in transit. DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) ties SPF and DKIM together with a policy: reject, quarantine, or allow messages that fail authentication. It also provides detailed reports showing who is sending email claiming to be from your domain. We implement all three with strict enforcement, ensuring your domain reputation remains pristine and phishing attempts using your brand are blocked globally.
Yes. Zimbra provides email, shared calendars, contacts, document management, and mobile sync via ActiveSync — all the functionality of Exchange without per-user licensing costs.
We use tools like imapsync to migrate entire mailboxes (including folder structures, flags, and timestamps) from any IMAP-compatible source with zero data loss.
Yes. We configure journal archiving that captures every inbound and outbound message, stored in tamper-proof archives for regulatory compliance.
We implement strict rate limiting, SPF/DKIM/DMARC enforcement, feedback loop processing, and IP reputation monitoring to keep your sending reputation pristine.
Absolutely. All our mail solutions are deployed on your infrastructure, ensuring complete data sovereignty with no third-party cloud dependency.
